JASON BYRNE

Name a platform, and Jason has created buzzy, internationally acclaimed and awarded content for it, whether it’s feature film, online media, documentary, advertising, or branded entertainment. He produced Australia’s most famous tropical romance (the AAMI ‘Rhonda and Ketut’ campaigns), told the story of the founder of Australian Rules football (doco ‘Tom Wills’) and got millions of people laughing about Aussie language and history (web series ‘How to Talk Australians’ and ‘Bruce’). He’s produced five feature films (including Clayton Jacobson’s ‘Brothers’ Nest’ and Lawrence Leung’s ‘Sucker’), and ‘Burning’, a feature doco for Amazon about the 2019-20 bushfires, directed by Oscar winner Eva Orner. No wonder top brands (Mercedes Benz, Toyota, Ford, NAB, ANZ, HBA, Mars, Fonterra, Pacific Brands, Bonds, RACV…), leading charities (Cancer Council, Save the Children, Do it in a Dress…) and state governments have all turned to Jason for major TVCs and experiential media projects.
